My husband is on a very strict diet due to health issues. Where could be eat where they would prepare a meal for him

    Hi Pat!
Eating at Walt Disney World has become more and more convenient AND flexible over the years, including the ability to satisfy the HUGE variety of dietary concerns/restrictions that exist today. I have eaten with friends that have severe shellfish allergies and severe gluten allergies respectively, and each was able to enjoy both a safe AND satisfying dining experience. All it took was a quick chat with the chef about their specific dietary need and then the chef went over the myriad of options in detail. Table/full service restaurants are the best bet for severe restrictions as they have the most flexibility to prepare things to order. However, even at counter service restaurants there is a chef on duty who you could speak with. Share your concerns and they will do their best to help out. Depending on the dietary restriction, be aware that some types of restaurants will not be as accomodating due to food preparation techniques/ingredients.
I wish you and your husband a Magical trip!! :)
