    My husband and I are staying at Pop Century April 17-24.I am looking to put in a couple room requests (understanding they are just requests and not guarantees). Do you recommend doing this asap or is a few days before better? Is phone, fax, or online best?

    Hi Allison - The optimal time to make your room requests is about 10 days before the start of your vacation.  You'll want to call the resort directly and ask for the back office.  The resorts prefer requests that are specific but open - for instance, instead of requesting a specific room number, tell them that you want to be near a pool.  That way, if they can't accommodate your specific request, they can at least have an idea of what type of room you want.  While they aren't guarantees, Disney does try to accommodate guests as much as possible.
