My husband and I stayed at PORS on our last vacation. We are now planning a vaction with our son (2). We want to stay at a moderate resort and are wondering if you would recommend us having a new experience or is PORS the recommended resort for a 2yr old?

Hi, Melissa!  I always recommend that guests stay at a different Disney resort for every visit to WDW...and sometimes, our family even stays at two within the same vacation!  Port Orleans Riverside is a great resort, but I would at least try Port Orleans French Quarter if you liked the Downtown Disney area you enjoyed on your last vacation.  Plus, I think your little one might enjoy the sea serpent slide!

Another idea I have for you is to look into the cabins at Fort Wilderness.  I think you'll find that there's so much to do there to entertain your 2-year-old -- campfire sing-a-long's with Chip n' Dale, the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, pony and wagon rides, etc.   Plus, having a kitchen and being only a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom will be especially helpful.

I hope this has helped you!  Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
