You can
rent an ECV at each theme park on a first-come, first-served basis, but it sounds like you need one for your entire visit. One option is to search the internet for another company. I did a quick internet search myself and found a few companies that mention delivering equipment to Resort hotels.
You might also consider reaching out to AdventHealth, a trusted health care organization that works closely with Walt Disney World to provide "Guest Health Care Services." AdventHealth offers urgent care, prescription delivery, in-room care, AdventHealth Telehealth, and more. They also provide a helpful service called
Care Concierge. According to the website, Care Concierge can "assist with your family’s health needs, such as equipment rentals, referrals, and additional support." They may be able to provide the assistance or recommendations you’re looking for.
