If my husband is stationed in California may we use our military id instead of a California Id?

    Hello, Andrea!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your question. I’m happy to hear you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort! Are you and your husband as excited as my family is to visit the Happiest Place on Earth now that the theme parks have reopened?

As you may already know, only California residents can enter the theme parks for the time being, per guidance from the state of California. As a military family currently based in California, yes, you can use your military identification along with your valid theme park admission tickets and theme park reservation QR codes to enter the parks. Also, be sure that your contact information, especially your home address in California or the address of your in-state military base, is up-to-date in your Disney account on Disneyland.com.

I hope this answers your question, Andrea, and that you both have a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Please say “hi” to Mickey Mouse for me!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
