My husband, soon-to-be 3-year-old daughter and I are planning to visit WDW for the 2nd time in April. I'm a WDW veteran, while my husband is still new to the experience. I want to plan a trip that will provide the 3 of us with a well-rounded experience.

Hi Akilah! I am excited that you are returning to Walt Disney World.  It is my favorite place on Earth!  Since this is your second trip as a family, I suggest that relax on this trip and take time to explore and discover the parks from the eyes of your daughter.  She is at a perfect age to greet characters and see the Princesses and Fairies.  There are several character dining options such as seeing Pooh and friends at The Crystal Palace at The Magic Kingdom or meeting the Playhouse Disney friends at Hollywood and Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Most stores have Penny Press machines with different characters that she would love as well.  I would include your husband in the planning.  Have him make a list of his "must-do" attractions and plan part of the day around his wishes as well.  Make sure you are taking advantage of Extra Magic Hours if you are staying on park property and you can always hop on back to your resort for a nap during the day.  I would just make sure you are taking the days at your daughter's pace and feed her often!!  Enjoy the pool or resort you are at as well as this is sometimes overlooked as just a place to sleep.  The resorts are fantastically themed and so much fun.  I have so much more to share about this, but unfortunately, I am out of room.  Please send a followup question so I can help you further.  Have a magical vacation.
