Where can my husband and son work out while at Disney World. We are staying at Caribbean.

Hi James! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I know you must be so excited for your stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort! It is a beautiful Disney Resort hotel that oozes "vacation vibes." From the Fuentes del Morro Pool with its waterslides and shipwreck play area for the little ones, to delicious food at Sebastian's Bistro and Centertown Market, there is a lot of fun to experience!

While Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort does not have a gym, there are some options to stay active while visiting. First, the jogging trail located along Barefoot Bay is gorgeous! I dream of waterside running, so it is something I like to take advantage of when I visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth." If running isn't your family's activity of choice, there are also bike rentals available.

There are five leisure pools that can be great for a swimming workout, especially earlier in the day before things get too crowded. If you get creative, any of the grassy areas of your Disney Resort hotel can be used as a workout station for squats, lunges, push-ups, etc. With summer temperatures in full force, you might want to save that dip in the pool for after your outdoor exercise!

I hope this helps give you a few ideas, James! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
