My husband, 7 y/o son and I have been to WDW many times. Our next trip, last wk Feb 2009, is our 6 mo old daughter's 1st trip (of many). Though she won't remember it, is there anything special that could be done to commemorate an infant's 1st trip?

Absolutely!!!!!  The first trip to Walt Disney World is special no matter how old you are!  I took my grandson when he was just three months old and will share a few things we did.

We did have the disney florist arrange a basket full of wonderful "baby" Mickey gifts including the little doll.  What would be nice is if they had it all wrapped for your daughter but included some things that her older brother would love as well.  You can call the disney florist at 407-827-3505 or check some of their gift ideas on line at .  They will be glad to work with your ideas and budget to get just the right thing.

Be sure and pick up a  "1st Time" button at the parks.  If you do not see the kiosk for  these celebration buttons ask a cast member or check with guest services.

Other ideas include designing her own set of first "ears".  You can do this at the Chapeau on Main Street of the Magic Kingdom or in Downtown Disney Marketplace.  You can also design your own tees and pins so check out those options as well.  All can be commemorating your daughters first visit as well as a wonderful family visit together.

If you want to have a family photo taken call 407-934-4004.  They can meet you and help arrange a wonderful location for such a great picture.

Last but not least take lots of pictures and start her own autograph book with the characters.
With every visit in the future she can add to it.  Have a wonderful vacation!
