    Hello Lorna and thanks for asking such a great question about the wonderful new FastPass+.
    Currently it is possible to make FastPass+ selections using My Disney Experience or the My Disney Experience Mobile App up to 60 days in advance of your Walt Disney World Resort holiday; is it perhaps possible that the dates you were trying to make those FastPass+ selections were outside of that 60 day window?
