My husband and I share a My Disney Experience account. I have my membership card but how can he get his?

Hey there, Carol! Welcome Home, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with your Disney Vacation Club question. I always love chatting with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member!

Don't you just LOVE being a Disney Vacation Club Member?! There is absolutely nothing better than knowing that your next magical adventure is always right around the corner, and the Member perks, benefits and discounts that you receive on that adventure are just the icing on the pixie-dusted cake!

In order to maximize your magical Membership and be eligible for benefits and discounts, you must be armed with your new digital Membership Card tucked into your digital wallet, so I'm thrilled to hear that you were able to get yours downloaded. Like you, Carol, I am the Disney vacation planner in the family, and I also had some difficulty getting my wife her new digital Card at first, so I am very happy to help you and your husband get his Card.

First, your husband will need to set up his own account on the Disney Vacation Club website. In order to do this, he will need an email address and his own specific Disney Vacation Club ID. If he does not know his Club ID number, he can call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 and speak with an oh-so-helpful Cast Member to get it. Once he has his Disney Vacation Club website login, he can set up his own My Disney Experience account using the same login. Your Disney Vacation Club Membership should now be automatically linked to his My Disney Experience account, but just double-check this by clicking on "Membership & Passes" under his profile. If it is not, link it now on the My Disney Experience website. Once the Membership is linked and ready to go, he can download the latest version of the My Disney Experience app and follow the same steps that you took to download the digital card into his digital wallet. If you need help remembering the instructions to do this, there is a step-by-step guide and even a video tutorial on downloading the digital card on the website. Now, you are both ready to maximize your magic!

Did you know that you can change the design of your card any time to suit your mood?! Just click "Change Pass Style" at the bottom of the card in the Disney MagicMobile tab on the My Disney Experience app. But if you're anything like me, you'll never get tired of seeing that magical Disney Vacation Club logo!

Carol, I hope that this was helpful to you and your husband, and I'm wishing you two a lifetime of magical vacations (and discounts!) together. Stop by any time with any of your vacation planning questions. I'm always happy to help out a neighbor!

I hope to see ya real soon!
