My husband and I have separate but linked Disney accounts. At different times we have shared plans for different vacations with each other. This time I would like to manage all of the plans for our entire group… how can I do that?

Welcome to planDisney, Shannon! Thanks so much for swinging by with your question today.

My Disney Experience is a fabulous vacation planning tool that you can use to manage all of the important aspects of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, like your tickets, your Resort Hotel stay and your dining reservations. I am connected to lots of friends and family through My Disney Experience and we are constantly updating our settings so we can manage each other's plans at different times throughout the year. If you want to take the reins for your upcoming trip and share all planning privileges with your husband's account, it's really simple to do so and I'm happy to walk you through it.

Since you and your husband are already linked, all you have to do is head to the "My Family & Friends" menu in My Disney Experience, hover over his name in your list, and click "Update." From here, click "Share Planning" and your husband will receive an invitation for you to co-manage his account and make plans on his behalf. This process is reversible, so you can un-link from each other after your vacation if you want to return to managing just your own plans.

    Have a magical day, Shannon!
