I and my husband are senior florida residents. Can we get the discount for living in florida (4 days $259+tax) and combine this with a room reservation for 4 days? Looking for the most inexpensive options. Thank you!

    Hiya Frances!

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your ticket and hotel reservation question! As a fellow Florida resident, I have to say there is something extra special about having The Most Magical Place on Earth practically in our backyard. And of course, finding a little extra savings along the way makes that Disney magic even sweeter!

Speaking of savings, let’s jump right into your question. It sounds like you are referring to the Florida Resident Disney Summer 4-Day Ticket, and this really is a fantastic offer! Just keep in mind these tickets are valid through October 3rd and require a theme park reservation.

At this time, there is no package that combines this particular Florida Resident ticket offer with a room reservation. However, I definitely recommend keeping an eye on the Florida Resident Special Offers page. Disney often has resort offers available specifically for Florida residents, so you may still be able to find a little extra savings on your hotel stay.

Frances, I also want to mention that with any Florida Resident offer, you will need to provide proof of Florida residency. This can include a valid Florida driver’s license, Florida state-issued ID card with a Florida address, or a Florida-based military ID.

If you have one of these forms of identification, you may be able to verify your residency online and skip a stop at Guest Relations before heading straight into the magic! Simply complete the Florida Resident Validation process during checkout. Disney also accepts some additional forms of proof of residency, which you can find listed on the Walt Disney World website.

Frances, I hope this helps you get one step closer to your Disney getaway! If you have any other questions while planning your visit, please come back and see us again at planDisney.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
