Hi Debra! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Walt Disney World Resort couple's getaway alert. Most of my vacations to the house of the mouse are my hubby and me. And during
The World's Most Celebration there are so many things to share between you two. Why not elevate your viewing of the all-new nighttime spectacular
Disney Enchantment at a
Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Party. You will first enjoy specially prepared desserts and treats at Tomorrowland Terrace. Afterward, you will be escorted to a reserved area in the Plaza Garden to enjoy the show.
While
Theme Parks Tickets are
nontransferable and nonrefundable, this does not mean you do not have options. Stick with your Fairy Godmother for a few suggestions. First, until the ticket is used, you can reassign that ticket to someone else. To do so, log into your
My Disney Experience account and locate the ticket you would like to reassign, and select "Reassign Ticket." Choose anyone from your Family and Friends list for the reassignment.
Very important on timing, prior to midnight eastern time the day before your first scheduled
Theme Park Reservation, you can change the date of your arrival. Personally, I find this easiest to do through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner followed by "Tickets and Passes." Choose the ticket to modify and follow the prompts to make changes. Please note, Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets are priced on a date-based system. If your new dates are more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. If your dates change again, remember the 24-hour rule I told you about and repeat the process.
If you need a more personalized touch, give the
Existing Ticket Help Center a call or utilize the chat feature for assistance from a friendly Cast Member.
Finally, let's chat about a couple's fun evening at
Disney Springs. If you are not aware, many of those hard-to-get restaurant reservations have lounges with first come first serve seating and full menus available. Some of our favorites are
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin',
City Works Eatery & Pour House, and
Morimoto Asia. Why not grab a couple of tickets to the new theatrical collaboration between Walt Disney World Animation, Cirque du Soleil®, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil® and Disney brings the works from the animator's desk to reality.
Many thanks for stopping by planDisney and asking
me a question. I am always here to help.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
