    My husband and I are sailing on the Disney Dream Dec. 13th for the 3-night Bahamian cruise and heard about a 5K on Castaway Cay. Neither of us can run due to health issues, but we wondered if we could walk it, if it's available?

    Hi Jodie!

    I checked with our cruise line specialist, Nancy, about this one.  She said that there is usually a 5K every time the ship docks at Castaway Cay.  You will find information out about it in the Personal Navigator (the daily cruise newsletter) when you are on your cruise.  She also said that there are usually plenty of walkers, they just like you to maintain a 15-16 minute/mile pace.  This is a brisk walking pace.  She also said that the course was flat and paved, so it should make for a fun walk!
