Bonjour, Sarah! And may I say,
nous saluons le retour, or
welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am thrilled to hEAR you're planning to stop by the newest
Disney Vacation Club property,
Disney's Riviera Resort. It is a beautiful European-inspired destination with artful touches throughout that will make you believe you are on the French Riviera.
Sarah, the
Breakfast a la Art with Mickey & Friends at
Topoliono's Terrace- Flavors of the Riviera is a great way to start your day. This meal quickly became one of my favorite
Character Dining experiences at Walt Disney World. The food is amazing and, while I won't ruin the surprise, let me recommend that you have your camera ready to capture your favorite characters in their artful attire.
Sarah, I confirmed with a Cast Member that typical park wear is perfectly fine for breakfast and that the dress code listed applies for dinner only. When I visited for breakfast I wore a t-shirt and jeans and was very comfortable. So...while you won't need room in your bag for extra clothes... you will need room in your belly for that delicious breakfast- so don't indulge in any snacks before your meal. Trust me!
Finally, since you mentioned you're headed to a park after breakfast, don't forget that the
Disney Skyliner can transport you from Disney's Riviera Resort to
EPCOT or
Disney's Hollywood Studios. If you haven't yet enjoyed this "
flight," get ready for a birds-eye view from your gondola!
Sarah, I hope this helps as you are dreaming about your September vacation. Best wishes for a pixie-dusted trip. Please come back and see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you might have!
Like my pal Chef Remy would say,
Bon Appetit et Au Revoir!
