    My husband and I are researching our first Disney vacation in August with boys who will be 6 and 3. The theming for the Value resorts looks great for them but I like the looks of several of the Moderates. Is PO a good pick for little ones?

    Congratulations on planning your first Walt Disney World Vacation!!!  I know that you are so excited by starting the planning process and I am so excited that I get to share in this with you!!

    Each Disney Resort has such awesome and unique theming.  Each resort definitely tells a story and that is part of the fun of a Walt Disney World Vacation!

    You are correct that the Value Resorts are themed wonderfully for young children.  The large icons that are at each resort are so much fun to experience.  We also love the Moderate Resorts as well!  

    I honestly think that you cannot go wrong with any resort on Walt Disney World Property.  The two different Port Orleans Resorts are nicely themed and fun.  I am sure that your boys will love staying at either one!

    If you are looking at staying in a Moderate Resort I would highly recommend Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  There are some Disney Story Rooms located at the resort that are themed as Pirate Rooms.  The beds are made to look like pirate ships and the carpet looks like wooden planks.  There are so many cool design elements in these rooms that you will be finding new surprises each time you turn around.  Your boys would absolutely love these rooms!!!
