    Hi! Husband and I have res for POR on Sep 29-Oct4. I like to come back to hotel mid day for naps. Is it really worth the extra money to upgrade to a monorail resort to save time?

    Hi Jennifer - When vacationing at Walt Disney World, my family always goes back to our rooms for naps.  While staying at a monorail resort, especially the Polynesian due to it's proximity to the Ticket and Transportation Center, is a huge convenience, I don't think it's worth exceeding your budget just for the proximity.  The price difference between Port Orleans Riverside and the monorail resorts is pretty significant, so unless you have extra money budgeted, I would save the money.
