My husband requested his Disney Rewards card and it hasn’t arrived yet. We leave for Disney World tomorrow ( Saturday 1/13). Is there any place we have go to get access to our card?

    Hello Nichole!

Welcome to planDisney! First, congratulations on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation tomorrow! I am so excited for you! I can sense the urgency in your question, so let's get straight to the answer.

If you are asking about the Disney Rewards Redemption Card, there are several locations at Walt Disney World Resort where you can pick one up:

    • Guest Relations Window at Magic Kingdom Park
    • Guest Relations at City Hall in Magic Kingdom Park
    • Disney Hollywood Studios Guest Relations
    • EPCOT Guest Relations
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park Guest Relations
    • Guest Relations Welcome Center at Disney Springs Town Center
Once you pick up the Rewards Redemption Card, you will have to call the number (on the sticker on the front of the card) to activate it in order to transfer your Disney Reward Dollars to it.

My panelist pals, Ashley and Alison, had a couple of other great tips to share with you:

Alison shared that you should be able to log into Chase and see your Rewards Redemption Card card number and security code, so even without your physical card, you can still use it for Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering in the My Disney Experience App.

Ashley shared that if you aren't able to pick one up, you will be able to go back after your trip and credit the on-site Disney purchases, charged to your Disney Chase Visa during your visit, using the Pay Yourself Back option.

While you're visiting, make sure to check out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. There are so many delicious dishes and a bunch of incredible, interactive entertainment. I particularly think The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine looks amazing. The vibrant dishes are beautiful!

Sometimes it takes a team, Nichole, but hopefully, this answer eases your nerves a bit and lets you start celebrating that you're going to the Most Magical Place on Earth tomorrow! Have a wonderful vacation from ALL of us here at planDisney!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
