Hi, My husband is recovering from a leg injury. We are concerned he may not be up to all of the walking during our Sept. trip. If he is struggling can we rent a wheelchair for whole/part day at the parks? Do we need to reserve ahead of time? Cost? THX!

    Hi Erica,

Wheelchair rentals are available at all four parks, water parks, Downtown Disney and at the resorts.

HERE is the link with more information.  It is a first come first serve basis.

You might be better to rent it in the morning so you have it in case it is busy and they are all rented.  It will give your husband the option to take more breaks and rest his leg.

The cost is $12.00 per day.

Thank you for your question and I wish a speedy recovery for your husband.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
