My husband was recently diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. He has been treated, and has been given the OK by doctors to go on our vacation to "Walt Disney World". He still gets winded. What will I need from his doctors to avoid long lines?

    Hi Cheryl,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Sorry for your husband and glad to know that he is ok now. My dad had the same here about fifteen days ago and he is fine too. You can ask his doctor a short letter saying about his medical history with the recently events, just in case you ever need to prove something. Usually, at the guest relations at any of the theme parks, Cast Members trust the guest’s words. They never ask me to show any documents about the parent’s health issues and they are always at WDW with me.

    Have fun at WDW!
