My husband received as a gift, two Disney 1-day park hopper passes, both in the form of a credit card. The back of each card has a person's name printed (not my husband's name) and the top of the card says "Not Transferrable." Will we be able to

    Hi, Janis!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for visiting us with your question about theme park tickets.

While I’m not sure exactly what kind of tickets you received, all Disney Parks tickets are non-transferable, so if names have been printed on the tickets, it would suggest they were either already used for the one day of allotted admission or were intended for use only by another person. However, I suggest that you contact Disneyland Resort Guest Information & Ticket Sales to speak with a Cast Member who may be able to give you more information about the specific type of tickets you were given and if you’ll be able to use them. Be sure to have the tickets handy when you call (714) 781-4565.

I hope this helps, Janis. Please visit me again with any other questions you may have as you continue planning.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
