hi my husband received a DAS card on our trip last year would they still have his info on file for him or would he need to take picture again and give info

    Hello, Michael!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

After speaking with a Cast Member from Guest Relations, I learned that
a Guest’s Disability Access Service (DAS) registration information will typically only be kept “on file” for the Guest’s length of stay.

Your husband will need to visit any theme park Guest Relations Lobby to request a new DAS Card for his visit. The Cast Member will assist him in updating registration information and taking a new a new photo. The process should only take a few minutes.

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Have a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious day!
