Hello Diane and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where I'm always pleased to assist a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
Dining within the old American colonial themed
Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom Park is somewhat like stepping back in time and I just love that Cast Members call parties to dine by announcing their family name and where they hail from!
As you mention the
Liberty Tree Tavern 'A la Carte Lunch Menu which is usually served daily from 11am until 2.55pm does include plenty of fish options, but the
Liberty Tree All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Family Style Dinner Menu which is usually served daily from 3.15pm until 9.30pm is indeed very meat centric. Perhaps to gain the most choice from the delicious Liberty Tee Tavern menu you could enjoy a late, mid afternoon lunch!
In my own personal experience of dining in Disney restaurants with my husband who also prefers fish is that after speaking with our server and explaining his particular needs we've always been offered an alternative; my top tips for making Advanced Dining Reservations for a Disney restaurant where you wish to note a
Special Dietary Request or a food allergy is to simply explain to the Cast Member at the time of booking, this way it can be added to your reservation and the server will already be aware you may wish to make a special dietary request.
Have a great Disney day.
