    My husband purchased the tickets under his name and then I added my email address for my experience, but I want to go back to being managed under my husband. It will be easier to maintain the iternary for all the kids. How do I go back?

    I just chatted with an amazing Cast Member on the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ team and I would highly recommend that you call them as well. The number is (407) 939-4357. I had a situation similar to yours. The Cast Member listened to my questions, discussed the best course of action and then fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Then - like magic - my account was as I needed it to be.

    I love that you are using My Disney Experience to maximize your vacation time. You will love using the mobile app while in the theme parks to check wait times, view maps, or make or change FastPass+ selections. You can also make dining reservations, see showtimes and view all of your plans. My Disney Experience has transformed the way we vacation. I love it!
