My husband purchased tickets for a mother/daughter trip to disneyland. Question: in order for me (the wife) to use the Disneyland app and link our tickets, do I need to create a new disney account for me? or login with my husband's account?

    Hi there, Jorge!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A mother-daughter trip to the Happiest Place on Earth sounds practically perfect in every way!

I'm excited you are already thinking about using the handy Disneyland app during your visit. This is an essential tool for me when it comes to planning and navigating the parks. Your park tickets can be linked to multiple app accounts, so it doesn't matter if you use your husband's account or create your own. Once you create an account you can simply link your park tickets by taking a photo of the bar code. It's SO easy!

Once you enter the park gates, you can also add Disney MaxPass to your tickets via the app. This allows you to make digital Disney FASTPASS selections right from your phone. It will allow you to experience the most attractions and entertainment in the shortest amount of time so you can make as many memories as possible! I also love the mobile food ordering feature on the Disneyland app which allows you to skip the lines when ordering food at select Quick Service restaurants in both parks.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a magical day!
