Welcome to planDisney, Caitlyn!
Thanks for stopping by to discuss your
Florida resident tickets. My parents live in the Sunshine State and love taking advantage of exclusive savings for Mickey Mouse's closest neighbors. Best wishes for a successful out-of-state move!
Caitlyn, you'll be happy to know your tickets will remain valid even after relocating. Since you'll no longer be a Florida resident, rather than presenting proof of residency to activate them upon arrival, you should visit Guest Relations or a ticket window, explain your situation to a Cast Member, and upgrade them to regular
theme park tickets. Since many Florida resident tickets do not have to be used on consecutive days, if you can redeem at least one day before leaving the state, you can continue to use the remainder of the ticket even after you've moved.
I hope this is helpful, Caitlyn. Once you're no longer living in Florida, I recommend checking the
special offers page to find future deals on theme park tickets and resort stays available to the general public. My family plans to purchase the
4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket for our August vacation. We can't wait to experience some of
this summer's new offerings. My daughter plans to sing along with la familia Madrigal at the ¡Celebración Encanto!, and my son is anxious to see drones soar over
Disney Springs. Our entire family is crossing our fingers that
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will debut in time for our visit. Stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog so you don't miss any excitement!
Thanks again for sending your question to us at
planDisney. Don't hesitate to reach out again if there's anything else we can do to assist with future trips. We're all ears, and we love to help!
Wishing you magic and memories,
Betsy
