Hi there, Adilene!
Welcome, and thanks for visiting
planDisney with this great question about
theme park tickets at the
Disneyland Resort. It sounds like you’ve got a perfectly pixie-dusted theme park day with family in the works!
Yes, generally speaking, you can reassign a wholly-unused park ticket to another person. To change the names that are associated with your tickets prior to arrival, you can place a call to the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will assist you. However, keep in mind that the names that display on the tickets on the
Disneyland Resort website or in your
Disneyland mobile app are really just for convenience and organizational purposes because tickets aren’t officially assigned to a particular person until they are first scanned for use at a park entrance. At that point, a Cast Member will snap the Guest’s photo and assign the ticket to them for the remainder of its length. Also, please remember that a military member or spouse with a valid military ID must be present when the tickets are activated.
I hope this information is helpful, Adilene. Please feel free to
write back with any other questions you may have about the Happiest Place on Earth as your next visit draws near!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
