My husband previously purchased both of our Magic Key passes under his account, yet I found that I was unable to utilize some of the benefits until I made a specific request to manage the pass under my own account.
To do this, you can simply call the
dedicated Magic Key Holders line and request assistance from a Cast Member by phone. There are a few steps you'll need to follow to update your contact information and request to become the primary account holder of your Magic Key pass, so I definitely recommend starting this process when you have some time to dedicate on the phone. I also had to verify my husband's account information for security purposes, so make sure that you can work with him and prepare to have this information on hand in advance. I hope this is a helpful start and that you are easily able to get this settled so you can enjoy all the wonderful benefits of the
Magic Key Program as the primary account holder.
