It sounds like you may need to speak with a Cast Member about your particular situation. While new Magic Keys are activated once they are used for theme park admission (and not from the date of purchase), a Cast Member can give you more specifics on how this works in regards to payment and renewal. You can speak with a Cast Member in person at the Disneyland Main Ticket Booth or by calling the dedicated
Magic Key Holders Phone Line. Be sure to have your email confirmation(s) handy when you call!
Loraine, I wanted to make sure you knew about the Magic Key Portal in the
Disneyland Mobile App. The portal is the place to find information on special offerings and
discounts, exclusively for Magic Key holders. You can enter the Magic Key Portal on the app homescreen. Be sure to check each visit as offerings are always changing!
