Hi Mary! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm happy to hear that you are planning two trips to the
Walt Disney World Resort later this year. Getting a chance to experience the magic of Disney with your grandchildren is a memory you will treasure for quite some time. Let's jump into your question and help you get set for a few unforgettable stays.
Mary, I don't have the best news to share. When
purchasing a 10-day park ticket, you'll need to use it within the specified number of days that it allows for. For a 10-day ticket, you'll have 14 consecutive days to use all of your park visits. Unfortunately, you will not have the opportunity to extend this date range. Your best bet will be to purchase a four or five-day park ticket for each trip you end up taking. This way, your tickets will be valid for the dates you are on-site.
You are going to have an amazing time experiencing Walt Disney World with your grandsons. If they are into Star Wars, a visit to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios will be a must. Between the two attractions located in this area and the immersive theming, they will have the time of their lives! The character interactions are some of the best across all of the parks. They'll get a chance to interact with the Stormtroopers, and you might even catch the Mandalorian and Grogu walking around.
Mary, I hope you have a magical time with your grandsons on your upcoming trips!
