My husband and I are planning a WDW trip from 3-20 to 3-26. How are the crowds and lines during this time of year? I've heard that it can be crowded because of spring break, but others have said that it won't be as bad because Easter is late this year.

    Hi Jennifer,

My daughter's (6) spring break is always during mid to late March no matter when Easter is.  I know many schools have the same schedule, as do almost all colleges.  It will be crowded, but I guess less than if Easter was also during March.  When we were there Easter break was in April and the parks were still a bit crowded.  WDW is a very popular vacation destination and unless you visit during January it is always somewhat crowded.  You have to remember that the park was engineered for large crowds.  The walkways are really wide, there are so many attractions that you can't even experience them all in one trip, and systems like the fast passes are designed to enhance your experience even when it is crowded.

I wouldn't worry too much about the crowds, but if you could go during the week of April 4th, or 11th, you will have less crowds.

Hope I was able to help.  Enjoy your trip - Michelle
