Me and my husband are planning our vacation and we have a 2 year old daugter we are not sure if we are going to bring her with us. What all is there for a child her age to do?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Corey!

I have travelled to Walt Disney World Resort with both of my sons during their "terrific 2's" and we have found there are so many things for little Mouseketeers to enjoy at the theme parks and other resort areas. In fact, we are getting ready for our next trip in a few weeks and I know my youngest son will have a fantastic time! Your little princess will be able to enjoy all of the attractions at the theme parks that are accessible to Guests of any height. Take a look at this Disney Parks Blog post about attraction height requirements for all four theme parks. I think you will find there are many things for your entire family to enjoy together during your vacation!

My favorite park with my little guy is Magic Kingdom as there are so many classic attractions for the whole family, such as "it's a small world", Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Mad Tea Party. Disney's Hollywood Studios is a great park for any Disney Junior fan, as both of my little guys are. They love to see their favorite Disney Junior stars in Disney Junior - Live on Stage! and meet them in Animation Courtyard after the show. Disney's Animal Kingdom has some fantastic live shows that the entire family will love, such as Finding Nemo - The Musical and Festival of the Lion King. Finally, our little guys love to explore The Seas with Nemo & Friends in Epcot. They could explore there for hours!

Don't forget about all of the other awesome activities available beyond attractions. From splash pads and Character meet 'n greets to parades, fireworks and Character dining, Walt Disney World Resort is full of things that your daughter will love!

Please let us know if you have any other questions preparing for your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!

Hi! I’m Crystal and I’m a wife and mommy to three little Mouseketeers. My husband and I have been enjoying Disney Parks since before we were married, and now we take our children to see Mickey and the gang as often as we can, while  managing my oldest son's food allergies. Planning is key for my family to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip to our favorite place and it can be just as exciting as the trip itself. I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
