My husband and I are planning a trip to Disneyland in February 2014 for our 40th anniversary. We are thinking of staying at Paradise Pier hotel. Can you tell me if there are any extra "resort fees" that will be added to the cost of the room?

    Hi, Michele!

I’m happy to hear you’re planning a vacation to the Disneyland Resort for your anniversary, and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is a great choice. The rooms are decorated with bright and airy seaside-inspired furnishings, and the property is just a hop, skip and a jump to the private entrance into Disney California Adventure Park through Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Guests of Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel can enjoy the scenic rooftop pool and California Streamin' Waterslide, which is reminiscent of a classic boardwalk roller coaster!

Newspaper delivery, local calls, high-speed Internet access and use of the fitness center are included with the basic nightly room charge. The cost of valet or self-parking, however, is an additional fee per a night.

I hope this helps, Michele, and that you have a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort. Please feel free to write back with more questions as your pixie-dusted planning continues!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
