    My husband and I are planning a trip to Disney with our 6 year old son. This will be his second trip, he was 1 on our last trip. What resort do recommend? I love all the themed rooms but would like to find one that a boy his age would find magical.

    As the mom of a little boy myself, I'm so excited for you to experience Walt Disney World through his 6-year-old eyes! Like you, I love staying in themed rooms because it means the magic of the parks doesn't have to stop at the end of the night! The Pirate Rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort would be a great option for your little guy. There are so many thoughtful touches that will make you feel like you're swashbuckling pirates aboard a real ship, sailing the high seas of adventure! From the treasure-printed bedspreads, to the headboards modeled after a ship's mast, to the barrel-like nightstands, these rooms are chock-full of details fit for the Captain himself! Another great option is to check out the Cars Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, which just opened this past year. These suites are amazing and can sleep up to six people. Stepping into one is like a trip to Radiator Springs! Fans of the "Cars" films will love the bright orange bedspread and drapes, the traffic cone lamps, the retro car wash-inspired bathroom, and so many more details, including the "Cars" themed resort grounds. A great space-saving feature is that the dining table can convert into a cozy bed featuring a Tow Mater headboard at night. Whatever resort you choose, I know your family will have a memorable vacation!
