My husband and I are planning to stay at one of the Disney Resorts, and purchase the park hopper and dining pass. Will I have to purchase a dining plan and admission ticket for my son? He will be 2 1/2 when we go.

    Hi John!

How exciting to hear you are planning your vacation!  Children under 3 are 'free' at Walt Disney World, which means that at 2.5 years old he will not require an admission ticket, and if you eat at a buffet style/family style/ all-you-care-to-eat style restaurant, his meal will be free.  At other restaurants he can either share from your plate, or you can buy his own meal.

    Have a magical vacation!
