    Hello, my husband and I are planning to "Run Disney" for my 40th birthday in January. I am a new runner and will be registering for the half . If my training continues to improve, would it be possible to upgrade my registration to the full at a l

    Hi Trish!  That is awesome that you have decided to do this for your 40th Birthday!  Physical fitness is a great gift to give yourself at any age, and the awesome medal and pride of finishing is the cherry on top!
    Here is the official word from runDisney about changing races:

    If you are currently registered for the 2013 Walt Disney World® Half Marathon, Walt Disney World® Marathon or Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge, you may transfer your registration to one of the other two races, subject to availability, on or before November 15, 2012. A transfer fee of $25 will be charged per transfer. Transfers are not allowed for the Disney Family Fun Run 5K featuring or runDisney Kids' Races events. Race entries cannot be transferred to another person.
