My husband and I are planning to go to either Disney World or take a Disney cruise. Our anniversary will be November, and by that time my son will be about 1 month and a half. Can we hire babysitters on the park/cruise? How much is it for?

    Hi Laura,

Congratulations on your anniversary and your new baby!  You sure have a lot to celebrate, and doing it with Disney is an awesome choice!

While at Walt Disney World, you can use the independent childcare provider, Kids Nite Out, for in-room babysitting.  Please check here for information on the program.   The service provides care for children as young as 6 weeks old.  In-room babysitting can be reserved up to 3 months in advance of your arrival.

Disney Cruise Line only provides babysitting services at their nurseries for children ages 3 months to 3 years.  There is no in-room babysitting provided.

I hope this helps Laura.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a magical trip!
