    Hello! My husband and I are planning to buy an annual pass. We have a vacation package booked for February at a Disney Springs Area hotel. Will I be able to just pay the room for that package as we would not be needing tickets because of the annual pass?

    Welcome to planDisney. I’m excited to hear you’re planning to purchase an Annual Pass! That means you must have more Disney vacations in your future!

    To make changes to your Walt Disney World Resort room and ticket package, you’ll need to call and speak to a Reservations Specialist. You can call the number listed under “Disney Resort Hotel Reservations” and explain to the Cast Member that you would like to change your package to “Room Only.” If you haven’t purchased your Annual Passes yet, the Cast Member can also direct you to a Cast Member who can help you complete that purchase. 

    I encourage you to call sooner rather than later, Karla. Changes or cancellations to a package may be subject to cancellation or change fees if made 30 days or less before your arrival. These terms are subject to change without notice. 

    I hope this helps you get your Annual Passes, Karla. Don’t forget that Annual Passholders still need theme park reservations even after January 9, 2024. Once you have your Annual Pass, check the Admission Calendar for updated “good-to-go” days when Annual Passholders can enjoy the theme parks without a theme park reservation!
