My husband and I are planning on bringing our three daughters ages 5, 3, and 2 to disney for 8 nights. I have heard through a couple friends that you can bring your own food and drinks in to all disney theme parks. Is this true?

Hi, Mark! I like the Wisconsinite / bring your own food / bring your own beverage mentality. As is the case with everyone from Wisconsin, your friends are correct. You're free to bring in food and beverages from the outside.

We usually have a suitcase filled with food, and we bring lots of snacks (that won't get crushed in the diaper bag) into the parks. At the end of the trip, we have an empty suitcase for souvenirs.

With the size of your family, the best way to lighten your load would be to take the drinks out of the equation and just get water at the parks. We bring refillable water bottles and wait to fill them up until we're inside a park so we're weighed down with less on board the bus. You're also able to walk up to any counter service or snack location and ask for ice waters free of charge.

Please let me know if I can help with any other questions!
