Hi there, Ter!
I’m so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with these excellent
Disneyland Resort questions. I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic that awaits your family at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Pixar Fest will be in full swing just in time for your arrival!
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks into the theme parks with the exception of a few items. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in either of the Disneyland Resort theme parks. However, a small cooler with sandwiches will be just fine. I always bring along a stash of juice boxes and fruit for my little ones to snack on, too.
You are allowed to bring your own double
stroller as long as it is no larger than 36” x 52”. There are many designated stroller parking areas throughout both theme parks where you can temporarily leave your double stroller while enjoying attractions and entertainment with your children. When my family visits
Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, I like to mark our stroller with a special sign, balloon, or brightly-colored ribbon so it can be quickly spotted in the crowd. Since it’s best not to leave anything valuable or irreplaceable with the stroller while it is unattended, I keep most essentials in a backpack that can be easily thrown over my shoulder while I am off adventuring with my children.
I hope these tips help, Ter. Please write back with any other questions you have as your pixie-dusted vacation planning continues!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
