My husband and I would like to plan a trip to WDW for our 35th anniversary. Which resort would you recommend for us?

    Hi Patricia,

Congratulations on your 35th anniversary; how wonderful, and  you've picked a magical place to celebrate!

If it works within your budget, I'd encourage you to consider a deluxe resort to immerse yourself in many amenities.  The flagship resort of WDW is the Grand Floridian, so you can lose yourself in the romantic Victorian charm of this resort and may enjoy its close proximity to the Magic Kingdom.  If you'd prefer something more sleek and modern, the Contemporary Resort is also within walking distance of the Magic Kingdom and offers stunning views of the Magic Kingdom or Bay Lake.

If you'd like to be close to Epcot (so many dining choices to enjoy!), you may like the Boardwalk Inn with its little treasure:  the Garden Cottages.  Imagine your own little cottage with its own charming garden!

Finally, I have to recommend the beauty and awe-dropping experience of staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  How often can you have your morning coffee with giraffes and zebras just a few feet away?

If you have specific questions about any of these resorts or need further help with planning your anniversary trip, please let us know. Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel.
