    My husband and I want to plan a trip to Disney World along with our 8 year old and 6 year old, but we are on a very tight budget. Are there any packages where we could pay monthly since credit cards are not an option? Or any suggestions. Thanks

    Hi Teresa!

    I understand your concern about budgeting for your Walt Disney World vacation via a payment plan. Currently, the only formal payment plan that is offered is for Florida Residents who are also Annual Passholders.

    However, don't let this deter you. You can create your own payment plan! After pricing out your vacation and selecting an approximate cost that works for your family, save up the $200 deposit before booking. For anyone on a tight budget, I would recommend using an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner as your travel agent. I highly suggest looking at Dreams Unlimited, Enchanted Destinations and Mouse Fan Travel. All have great websites and consistently are highly rated by their customers. Each agency will automatically be on alert for any discounts that can be applied to your package which will result in even larger savings!

    Also, look at www.mousesavers.com for additional cost saving information! For families on really strict budgets, you may want to purchase the components of your trip separately. For a package, you can just send in payments to Walt Disney World or your travel agent on your own schedule. Just remember that packages have to be paid in full 45 days prior to your check in date at WDW.
