My husband is picky when it comes to hotels. This is our first time staying in WDW. Our family of 5 (boys 10, 9, and 7) is staying at the family suites in All Star Music. I've heard mixed reviews & I'm worried we will be disappointed in the hotel. H

    Hi Susan,

I had an opportunity to tour the Family Suites at All Star Music several times and was very impressed by both the resort and the suites.  I have two boys, and would be very happy staying in these accommodations.  I'm also a germaphobe and neat freak, and was similarly happy at how impeccably clean the resort and suites were.  The Family Suites are a great choice for a family interested in extra space, and some kitchen facilities (which can be a huge help toward saving on concessions in the parks.)  The suites have two full bathrooms, which I'm guessing will be very handy with three boys!  The resort is very well appointed, with a wonderful main pool area, gift shop and lobby.

If your husband and/or the rest of your family is looking for a suite in a slightly more deluxe resort, I would consider a one-bedroom at one of the Disney Vacation Club properties.  These resorts have more upscale amenities and well-themed pool areas.  In addition, the suites have full kitchens and washer/dryers.

Whichever you chose, have a magical trip!
