My husband and I own a vacation home in Florida. He and I are able to provide proof of residency in order to purchase Florida resident tickets, but what about for our 15 year old? I have no way to prove residency for him.

    Hi Robyn!

Welcome to the planDisney Panel! I am happy to help you with your planning needs! This is a very popular question! I see that your child is under the age of 18, therefore you should have no issues purchasing or activating his or her Florida Resident Discounted ticket. You see, Guests over the age of 18, are considered adults and will be asked to present a valid Florida Drivers License or Florida ID Card or provide proof of Florida Residency, regardless of who purchases the tickets. Minors do not have to provide proof of residency, so you should be good to go! Hope this helps!

Did you know? As a Florida Resident, you have many special offers available to you! For more information, please visit this page: Florida Resident Special Offers.

It has been a pleasure assisting you. Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!

Thanks again for sending your question to the planDisney Panel!
