We don’t want Prince Hans stealing your husband’s ticket! Let’s see if Anna and Queen Elsa can help you locate his ticket so he can enjoy all of the magic at Walt Disney World Resort!
To make sure his ticket is properly linked to his account, log in to his Walt Disney World Resort website account, go to the “My Plans” page, select the “Tickets and Memory Maker” tab, and make sure his ticket is appearing and linked to him. As long as it is there, he should be good. I find that, sometimes, it just takes a little longer for tickets to show up on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
If that doesn’t work, try having him log out and then back in to his
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sometimes the app just needs a little reboot to show the ticket.

call a Cast Member that specializes in existing tickets at (407) 566-4985. They will be able to help you further.
