My husband and I have numerous food allergies which we have found hard to get around. Namely peanut oil, artificial sweetners, onions, erythrobate & natamycin. do i have to contact each restaurant separately, or is there a resource available?

    Greetings!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and allowing us to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. In my experience, Disney is one of the best at catering to Special Dietary Requests and Requirements. Chefs are often able to substitute items to ensure you will still enjoy a delicious meal. In fact, on one of our recent visits we all thought my step-dad was given the tastiest alternatives. For Guests with multiple allergies, once you have made all of your dining plans and reservations for your entire visit, you are encouraged to email special,diets@disneyworld.com at least 14 days prior to your arrival. This way, Disney chefs are able to begin working with you to do their best at accommodating all of your allergies.

I hope you both have a wonderful vacation and please let me know if there is anything else I am able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
