Greetings, Lisa!
Welcome. Thank you for bringing your question about
Disneyland Resort tickets to us here at
planDisney as you prepare to embark on your pixie-dusted adventure. There is so much seasonal magic to enjoy now during the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort!
I’m so sorry to hear your husband won’t be able to join you on vacation.
Theme park tickets are non-refundable and can’t be canceled once the purchase transaction is complete. Although it’s unfortunate when plans change and you aren’t able to use your theme park tickets when you had expected, the ticket doesn’t have to go to waste. Even if it reaches its expiration date, the price you paid for a totally unused theme park ticket can be applied as credit toward the purchase of a valid ticket in the future. If ticket prices change, you may need to pay the difference in cost between the ticket you have and the new ticket, but the dollar amount you invested in the original ticket won’t decrease over time.
Lisa, it’s recommended that Guests who reside in Australia use a local travel agent to purchase theme park tickets for
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. If that’s what you did, I suggest that you reach out to the travel agent you worked with to book your vacation for guidance on how to proceed.
I hope this helps, Lisa, but if you would like more details about your existing ticket and its value, you can call (714) 781-4636 once you’re in the United States or visit a Guest Services location to speak with a Cast Member upon arrival at the resort. Please feel free to write back with any other last-minute questions you may have before visiting
The Happiest Place on Earth!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
