    My husband is no longer showing up on my Disney experience as “managed by”—-do you know how I would fix this?

    Hi Ashley,

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Your vacation is so soon, can you feel the magic?

    Ashley, did your husband recently make his own My Disney Experience account? If so, that might be the reason why. If a guest has their own account, you won’t see the “Managed By” like the other guests who don’t have accounts and are linked to your account. 

    When you tap your husband’s name, you’ll see “Choose Which Plans…Can See”. Under that, make sure that “All My Plans” is selected that way your accounts are still linked. If you book reservations, tickets or Lightning Lanes, they will still show up on your husband’s account. My Husband and I do the same thing with our accounts. He has his own, but I manage all the plans and everything links really easily! 

    If for any reason something isn’t showing up in his account, simply reach out to the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desk and they will make sure everything is flowing properly!
