    My husband and I (no kids) are planning to stay at the Contemporary in Sept. I don't see many of the moms talk about the Contemporary. Just wanted to know what are your thoughts on it? Why is it not very popular amongst the moms on the panel?

    The Contemporary is a wonderful hotel.  We stayed there several years ago.  We loved being so close to Chef Mickeys and the California Grille.  We stayed in the Garden wing on the North side.  We had a fabulous view of the water.  It was very convenient with the monorail.  My kids loved it.  We haven't stayed since they did all the new renovations.  I can only imagine they have only improved it that much more.  If you plan on going to the Hoop Dee Doo Review Dinner show be sure to take the boat over from the Contemporary.  The boat ride adds another element of excitement for kids as you cruise to another shore.  Our family just grew exponentially and the Contemporary was no longer suited to fit our family.  I would recommend it for families.  The monorail through the hotel brings a 'wow' factor to your stay at Walt Disney World!!
