What a wonderful way to spend your anniversary than at Walt Disney World! I love Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa as well as Bay Lake Towers so whatever resort you end up with, I know you won't be disappointed. First, when you make your reservations for the resort or any Advanced Dining Reservations, I would recommend telling the Cast Member you speak with that you are celebrating your anniversary. Tell them multiple times in fact! Be sure to pick up your Happy Anniversary button at Guest Relations in any of the theme parks and Downtown Disney. This way other Cast Members and guests will help you celebrate. I would suggest a Couples Relaxation Spa package at Saratoga which includes a 45 minute aromatherapy massage and 45 minute hydro-massage for each of you with relaxation time together and tea service. Disney Floral & Gifts have some amazing choices to celebrate your anniversary as well. I would recommend making your favorite dining reservations. My choices for you would be Victoria & Albert's if you want to have the ultimate experience or Citricos for a fantastic meal as well. Both are at the Grand Floridian. At Epcot in the France Pavilion is Bistro de Paris. This is a very romantic restaurant. Request a table by the window and make your reservation around 8 pm so you will be able to see Illuminations from your table. Make sure that you stroll around the theme parks or your resort hand in hand taking time to see the all the places that you haven't seen before. Most of all, enjoy your time with each other! Please let me know if I can help you further, Kristin. Happy Anniversary and welcome home!
